Hi, I’m Rana Touqeer Ahmad, also known as RTA. I’m an entrepreneur and digital builder based in Pakistan, interested in technology, business development, and turning ideas into practical solutions.

I founded 7picy. Agency to bring creative and technical services together, helping businesses develop their digital presence through websites and other digital solutions. My focus is on building a reliable agency with strong processes, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering meaningful work.

As the founder, I oversee the agency’s operations, guide its direction, and work closely with clients and team members to keep projects aligned with business requirements and agreed expectations.

I focus on understanding client needs, building professional relationships, coordinating project activities, and improving the way our work moves from initial discussions to final delivery. I want both clients and team members to have clarity about project goals, responsibilities, and priorities.

Alongside my management responsibilities, I actively contribute to website development and digital solutions. I have worked on projects under senior supervision, gaining practical experience in understanding business requirements, implementing solutions, and working through technical challenges.

Being involved in both business operations and development helps me connect the client’s perspective with the technical work required to bring an idea to life.

My Approach to Building

I believe in leadership through action, clear communication, and continuous improvement. For me, building a business isn’t just about delivering individual projects; it’s about developing systems and working methods that make future projects more organized and effective.

I value practical problem-solving, collaboration, and learning through experience. I aim to understand the actual problem before deciding on a solution, keep expectations clear, and improve the process whenever I identify an opportunity to do better.

I also believe that strong teams are built through shared responsibility, consistent communication, and an environment where people can learn and contribute effectively.

My vision is to grow 7picy. Agency into a trusted digital service provider working with businesses across different markets. I want to bring creativity, technology, and teamwork together to deliver solutions that serve real business needs.

As the agency develops, my focus is on strengthening our processes, expanding our capabilities, building lasting client relationships, and creating opportunities for talented people to work together.

For me, this is an ongoing journey of building, learning, and improving—not just an effort to grow an agency, but an opportunity to turn ideas into practical work and build something that lasts.
